Coach - Eddie Warfield
Eddie is new to coaching at the Jets after volunteering at Heathmont Auskick for the past 2 seasons. Keeping the young kids engaged in activities has led to greater enjoyment for him. For the 2019 Under 8's he will be focusing on participation and skill development as goals for the year.

Coach - Heath Walker
Heath has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sport Coaching and his coaching experience has been applied to Basketball for state Grammar sides and assisting with the Olympic Female Wheelchair Basketball team. Football has always been a strong part of his life, with his Grandfather playing at St Kilda Football Club and later coaching the Reserves. Last year he coached our Under 8 team and prior to that three years at Auskick.

Coach - Paul Watson
Paul’s coaching philosophy is based around learning in a fun environment. In 2018 his motto was FESTER: Fun, Enthusiasm, Smile, Try, Encourage, Resilience. His football playing background includes 200 games in the EFL with Blackburn, including being a Premiership player in 2002 and being made a Life Member in 2004. His coaching background includes AusKick and has been at the Jets from 2017-2018 with the U10 & U12 Girls.

Derek has been associated with Heathmont Jets as a player for over 5 years and captained the Development team in 2018. He has previously coached basketball with the transition into footy coaching last year as an assistant with the Under 13’s. He is looking forward to further developing his coaching skills and experience and working with the boys to further their football skills and understanding.

Kane has many years’ experience in football starting out playing junior football at Bayswater. He played senior football for Heathmont from 1996 until 2010 including captaining the reserves for 5 seasons. He takes on the U18 coaching role after assisting the Under 16 Girls for the past 2 years, He looks forward to taking an active role in the development of the group.
