Girl's footy continues to grow we fielded Under 10's, Under 12's and Under 16's teams in 2018 and will be introducing Under 14's and Under 18's in 2019!.

Under 10 Girls
Coach - Paul Telford
Paul is currently involved in coaching Netball & Auskick and is very much looking forward to coaching at the Jets in 2019. He has had a long involvement in football with various clubs and teams in the country and in the EFL.
Under 12 Girls
Coach - Paul Watson
Paul’s coaching philosophy is based around learning in a fun environment. In 2018 his motto was FESTER: Fun, Enthusiasm, Smile, Try, Encourage, Resilience. His football playing background includes 200 games in the EFL with Blackburn, including being a Premiership player in 2002 and being made a Life Member in 2004. His coaching background includes AusKick and has been at the Jets from 2017-2018 with the U10 & U12 Girls.

Under 14 Girls
Chris Carrigg
Chris is very excited at being a first time coach in 2019 after sponsoring the club for several years. His football background has included 10 years playing experience (1996 – 2005) in the VAFA with Whitefriars Old Collegians Football Club – grades A through to D – including 3 premierships (D grade – 1998, C grade – 1999 & C grade – 2003).

Under 18 Girls
Coach - Kane Mactier
Kane has many years’ experience in football starting out playing junior football at Bayswater. He played senior football for Heathmont from 1996 until 2010 including captaining the reserves for 5 seasons. He takes on the U18 coaching role after assisting the Under 16 Girls for the past 2 years, He looks forward to taking an active role in the development of the group.

Coaches' accreditation is provided FREE, with special coaching courses run by the EFL for all female coaches.
​
Trainers get FREE training and certification.
​
Umpires get additional training specifically for officiating female football games.
