Available Position - WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR
Reports to:
Secretary/Committee
Purpose of the role
The website administrator ensures the club website is developed and kept up to date. The committee Google G Suite platform is also maintained by this role.
Key Skills for Role
Some technical expertise is required for this role. The club is willing to assist in the training of any candidates that are also wanting to learn these skills.
Website design experience with tools such as WIX website builder
eCommerce experience for our online store
Google G Suite administration expertise
Email configuration
Groups
Distribution lists
Drive setup
Database experience
Blogging experience
What you will be assisting with -
Setup committee, coaching, and team manager email accounts at start of season
Configure email distribution lists for committee, coaches, and team managers
Maintain club Google Drive documents
Ensure content on our website is kept up to date and old content removed
Add new pages to our website when required
Work with the Merchandise Office to maintain products on our online store
Update new registration information each season
Work with Team Managers and Coaches to get team stories and pictures for website blog
Time Commitment:
1-2 hours per week (during the season) or as requested
Busy times -
Registration opening month in November
April – August in football season
