The recent EFL Silent Sunday rounds certainly generated a lot of discussion around the club and in the media. Whether you agreed with it or not, it has generated some good debate over the last week highlighting the pressures players, umpires, coaches, and even team managers may face on match days. The Jets have a good reputation on this issue shown by our runners-up in the Gordon Parker Junior Encouragement Award for the best conducted EFL junior club last year.
